Mike Luo is a data scientist, entrepreneur, and a principled libertarian dedicated to defending free speech and individual liberty. Raised in Granville, Mike knows firsthand the value of open dialogue and warns that silencing voices is a step toward authoritarian control, a path Australia must never take. A fierce opponent of excessive taxation, including the hidden inflation tax driving up the cost of living, Mike seeks to slash these burdens weighing down Australians, so people could keep a much greater share of the fruits of their hard work. Mike believes that the best immigration policy is to maintain a long-term stable population level that neither grows nor shrinks – a policy which would resolve much tension in our society and ease the strain on our cities' infrastructure, while ensuring that we remain a welcoming nation.

I just wanted to live a simple life. Family, friends, reading a good book, playing some video games and being left alone in peace.
But one day the world had gone completely insane. Just look around: we're living through the most devastating cost of living crisis since 1959. Our society is being torn apart by unfettered immigration and endless taxes, young people have no future in this country. And yet, our "leaders" waste time bickering over fringe issues, completely oblivious to the realities that people face every day.
Just how the hell did we get to this point? I had no clue. Until one morning, I looked in the mirror and the answer was right there. Like a lot of people, I took freedom for granted, hoping the world’s troubles would just somehow sort themselves out. Clearly, I was wrong.
The price we pay for not engaging with politics is that idiots will rule over our lives.
Labor has betrayed the hardworking Australian long ago. Hijacked towards radicalism by the eco-communists, the Greens, they're a caricature of what they stood for 30 years ago. The “Liberals” aren’t Liberals anymore, they’ve become authoritarian tyrants who seek to control us. All around the country, politicians and bureaucrats see the taxpayers as ATM machines for making endless withdrawals and it will only keep getting worse until everyday people, like you and I, take action and put an end to this rort.
Fortunately, we are not alone.
Around the world, the Libertarian movement is gaining traction. We're not politicians, we're people who are fed up with the endless lies in politics. We take action because we have to, because freedom is worth fighting for.
I'm a Libertarian, and this is my pledge. End inflation. Cut taxes. Protect free speech. No foreign wars. We strive to be the Switzerland of Asia-Pacific, independent, prosperous, and free.
But most importantly, we stand for Australia and will put Australians first above all else.
Vote Libertarian this election. Together, let's bring honesty back to politics and build an Australia that shines as a beacon of freedom and prosperity.
