While most of you were preparing for Christmas, the Minns Labor Government, with the full support of the Liberal Party, spent the early hours of this morning dismantling your fundamental freedoms.

At 12:15 AM on Christmas Eve, Wedesday 24th December 2025, the Legislative Council passed the Terrorism and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2025. By 12:30 AM, it was rushed through the Lower House. This wasn't just a late-night session; it was a calculated "blitz" to pass draconian laws while the public wasn't looking.

This bill is a massive overreach that uses a tragic event to justify an assault on law-abiding citizens.

Gun Owners have been scapegoated. Farmers and sporting shooters now face arbitrary caps. If you own five rifles for your property, you are now a criminal in the eyes of Chris Minns.
